Since founding Diamond Companies in 1992, Tom has led projects across nearly every sector and region in the country. With a background in Construction Management (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo) and a Master’s in Real Estate Development (Loyola Marymount), he combines hands-on experience with strategic vision. Beyond construction, Tom has launched and operated businesses ranging from restaurants to nationwide real estate, bringing entrepreneurial insight to every venture. Today, he guides Diamond Pacific’s growth and development efforts across the Southeastern U.S., blending decades of expertise with a passion for building lasting value.
