For over three decades, Diamond Construction has built a reputation as a trusted and innovative general contracting and construction management firm. Founded by Tom Christopoulos, a Cal Poly–trained construction professional with an MBA in real estate finance, the company has delivered projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil markets. From one-of-a-kind luxury estates and multi-unit developments to large-scale infrastructure, hospitality, and historical renovations, Diamond has consistently combined technical expertise with a commitment to quality, budget discipline, and timely delivery. With an experienced team of project managers, superintendents, and craftsmen, the firm has successfully executed projects for private clients, developers, public agencies, and institutional investors throughout California and beyond.

As the company looks toward the future, Diamond Construction is evolving into Diamond Pacific, carrying forward the same values of precision, integrity, and client-first service that have defined its history. Under this new chapter, leadership and operations in Southern California are transitioning to a next-generation team, ensuring continuity for long-standing clients while positioning the firm for growth across the West Coast.   • 1992

    Built our first multi-unit residential project in Los Angeles this was a 28-unit apartment, 3 stories wood-framed over subterranean parking. Ultimately laying the foundation for what Diamond Pacific would become.

  • 1995

    Residential hillside development 9-acre project in Pasadena, 6-lots, including infrastructure, off-site work, and luxury custom homes, adjacent to the Rose Bowl.

  • 1997

    Took our work overseas to Brunei, building out a privately owned Formula 1 automobile racing museum for a foreign head of state.

  • 2005

    Multi-family capital expenditure improvements and unit renovations.

  • Del Rey Landing - Fuel Dock

    2009

    Completed Del Rey Landing Fuel Dock in Marina del Rey — California's first floating fuel dock.

  • 2013

    Commercial & residential developments and improvements on East & West coasts.

  • 2020

    Built Gus & Andy's Kitchen & Bar in Montrose — a fourth-generation family restaurant named after the owners' grandfathers, bringing 80 years of hospitality heritage to the neighborhood they call home.

  • 2027

    Breaking ground on the Speed Shop in Pasadena — Diamond Pacific's first owned development project.
